We are a fully insured construction company. Our workers' compensation insurance is through New York State Insurance Fund and our agent for general liability is Spencer Agency Inc.
These insurances are in place to protect home owners in the case of accident or injury. Workers Compensation protects our workers should they become injured on your job site, General Liability protects the premises from damage or physical loss as declared in the policy.
Whenever you have work completed on your home, protect yourself and request certificates of insurance from your contractor. Without insurance the responsibility and/or cost could rest with the home owner for injuries and/or damages.
